| Lindau Kennels believes in the total dog---titles at both ends. We have always encouraged our puppy owners to realize the full potential of the German Shepherd. The dogs are usually breeder or owner handled. Many thanks go out to the wonderful puppy owners for loving and training their Lindau companions. To date under Iserbrunn and Lindau combined there are: 78 Champions~~this number on one, occasionally two litters a year since 1975. | I wish to again pay tribute to a wonderful friend and companion~~~named Trixie. She is the reason for my being involved with this wonderful breed. I wish to again thank my parents for "Trixie's" purchase and for allowing me to train her. Because of Trixie, I was forever hooked on the German Shepherd breed. Trixie taught me Tolerance, Patience, Friendship and Fortitude. Because of Trixie I met my Best Friend, Beth Redfern of Brackenbrae Collies. Many were the hours we talked "dogs" on the phone or walked the dogs throughout the neighbourhood and stores of Thunder Bay. I walked Trixie and Beth walked Pixie. Many people thought that Beth and I were sisters. Even to this day I have quite a few people asking me if, "my sister Beth" still has the Collies. |
