Hello there,I'm a 33 year old wife,mother of two.I gain lots of weight with my first child,then I kept it on after I had second child.I gained even more . I've tryed most everything possible diet on my own, did good for a bit but then I gained it all right back again.I can't keep my will power up .. I have such a love for food expcially sweets. These are my goals: I would like to lose weight to be healthy first of all , thats the main thing. Second I want to act my age not hold back everything in my life because I'm heavy and afraid to do anything bcause someone will see me.. My goal is 135 .When I begin a month ago I was 260 I'm now 245 so I have a long way to go and need all the help I can possible get...The diet I'm using is Weight Watchers. |
