| Chicken Stroganoff List of Ingredients 1 pound frozen boneless skinless chicken breasts 1 can fat free cream of mushroom soup 16 oz. carton fat free sour cream 1 envelope dry onion soup mix Put frozen chicken in bottom of crockpot. Mix soup, sour cream, onion soup mix and pour over chicken. Cook on low for 7 hours. Makes 6 servings. (serve it over rice or noodles, but be sure to add those points) StarS: 4 |
| Ham Potluck Bake Source of Recipe Joanna Lund List of Ingredients 1 1/2 cups shredded carrots 6 cups (20 oz) shredded frozen potatoes 9 oz (full 1/2 cups) Diced Dubuque 97% fat-free ham or any extra-lean 1 tablespoon dried onion flakes 1 (10 3/4 oz) can Healthy Request Cream of Mushroom Soup 1/4 cup skim milk 1/8 teaspoon black pepper 3/4 cup (3 oz) shredded Kraft reduced-fat Cheddar cheese In a slow cooker container, combine carrots, potatoes, ham, and onion flakes. Add mushroom soup, skim milk, black pepper, and Cheddar cheese. Mix well to combine. Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours. Stir well before serving. Divide into 6 servings. | Navajo Beef and Chile Stew Source of Recipe Unknown List of Ingredients 3/4 pound lean beef stew meat -- cut into 3/4" cubes 1 large onion 2 large cloves garlic -- minced 1 14.5 ounce can ready-cut tomatoes -- with juice 1 7 ounce can diced green chiles -- drained 1 8.5 ounce can whole-kernel corn -- undrained 1 1/2 teaspoons dried oregano 1 teaspoon ground cumin 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper 2 tablespoons yellow cornmeal Combine all ingredients, except cornmeal, in a 3.5 quart slow cooker, mixing well. Cover and cook on LOW 7 to 8 hours or until meat is tender. Turn control to HIGH. Stir in cornmeal. Cover and cook on high 20 to 25 minutes. Serves 4. Stars = 5 per serving. |
