| Krispy Kashi Treats List of Ingredients 2 Tbs skim milk 4 cups miniature marshmallows 1 half-oz. packet of Butter Buds 6 cups Puffed Kashi� cereal 1 cup raisins Non-stick cooking spray Spray a 13 x 9" pan with non-stick cooking spray and set aside. Measure all ingredients and set aside. Put the skim milk and the marshmallows in a large saucepan and place over low heat so that they begin to melt. Stir often. When the marshmallows are partially melted, stir in the Butter Buds. When the marshmallows are completely melted, remove from heat. Stir in the Puffed Kashi and raisins. Spray a spatula with non-stick cooking spray and press the Kashi mixture evenly into the prepared pan. Allow to cool. Cut into 12 squares. Makes 12 squares 3 Stars per serving (1 square) Nutritional Information: Per serving: 160 calories, .2g fat (0g saturated fat), 2g fiber |
| Weight Watcher Rice Krispie Treats Source of Recipe Unknown List of Ingredients 1/4 cup margarine 10 ounces marshmallows 6 cups Rice Krispies� 1. Melt margarine in large sauce pan over low heat. 2. Add marshmallows and stir until completely melted. 3. Remove from heat. 4. Add cereal. 5. Stir until well coated. 6. Press mixture into buttered 13x9x2 in pan. 7. Cut into 24 squares when cool. 2 Stars per square. If using reduced calorie margarine it is 1star per square |
| Lemon Snaps Source of Recipe Unknown List of Ingredients 1 box lemon cake mix (not with pudding) 1 egg 4 oz FF Cool Whip 1/2 cup powdered sugar [I used 1/4 cup] Mix cake mix, egg and Cool whip. Roll into balls. Dip into powdered sugar and place on greased cookie sheet [I used a baking stone]. Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes. Yield: 4 dozen Stars: 1 each |
