Are you trying to lose weight and in need of a friend who know what you're going through? You have come to the right place! We are your new friends that you can talk to when you're having a bad day, or share your success with us when the scale has been good to you! Recipes, journals, questions, support, complaints etc. You can find and post it all in the CircleOf friends . We will post our daily food journals and weigh in results.
This group has been created for women who want to not only lose weight, but change how they live and see themselves. My goal is to assist and be part of discussions about why and how we eat. I'd like us to be able to connect and work in a partnership with other women who are experiencing similar situations, hence creating connections in a group setting offering ideas and tips with food, meal planning and physical activity. This is an opportunity for us to help each other understand ourselves and change our lives, by changing how we see bodies and our lives. This has been successful for me with my weightloss and I have lost over 100 pounds that was acheived through changing habits; as I saw my body through loving eyes, withholding the customary criticisms I became objective at my approach to eating and exercising. I changed my frequent acts of compulsive eating, worked on my motivation skills etc. I hope I can continue on my weight-life changing path and join with others.
