20-Minute Potato Salad

Ingredients

2 Pounds Medium Potatoes -- Quartered
1/4 Cup Green Onion -- Sliced
1 Small Red or green bell pepper -- Sliced
1/2 Cup Miracle Whip Salad Dressing
1 Tablespoon Coarse ground mustard

Directions

Add potatoes to boiling water; cook 12 minutes or until tender. Drain. Toss with remaining ingredients; refrigerate.
