White Rabbit - A "Buttons" type, in love with Alice but terrified of asking her out, or defying the Queen of Hearts

Alice - a real person, only slightly Wonderlanded when she enters Wonderland

The Duchess - in "real" life Alice's Dad - but in Wonderland she is the Dame who looks fater the babies of Wonderland

Queen of Hearts - in "real" life Alice's Mum - bbut in Wonderland she is the evil that wants to chop off everyone's head

Mad Hatter - in "real" life Alice's Uncle -- but in Wonderland the clown who is also on the run from the Queen of Hearts

Tweedledum & Tweedledee - in "real" life Alice's brothers, but in Wonderland they are the Broker's Men who work for the Queen

Cheshire Cat - in "real" life an older sisterr or friend of the family, but in Wonderland she is the "skin" part. Sexy and also deluded that she can do magic tricks

King of Hearts / March Hare / Mock Turtle (all doubled) - in "real" life played by the "Usher"

(King of Hearts - old & absentminded; March Hare - bit distant & mad; Mock Turtle - a nostalgia merchant, who likes a bit of a song & dance)
