I came to Linda's as a Buddhist practitioner in both the Tibetan and Zen traditions. I have encountered nothing that Linda does or says that is incompatible with my experiences within those traditions, and often there are interesting similarities. After my first telephone consultation with her I felt I had reached a state of equanimity and integration normally achieved only after several days of silent retreat. Linda encourages us all to incorporate insights and to stand in our light in our daily lives though her workshops where she shares her insights to empower us.
