	Scientific studies show that shame, guilt, stress, grief, anger, etc. are low vibrational states which deplete and weaken us. Trust, optimism, forgiveness, joy, peace, etc. are high vibrational states that strengthen us.  When the high vibrational frequencies are brought into the presence of lower and slower frequencies, they nullify and dissipate problems.
