Elisha Blevins was born about 1770. Where he was born is not known.He was possibly born in Rhode Island. His probable parents were Daniel Blevins and Sarah Sutton. Daniel was probably a brother to the James Blevins,Sr who married Miss Ward.Elisha died in 1839 in Ashe Co.,NC.

Rachel Osborne was born in 1772 in North Carolina to Jonathan Osborne and his first wife Nancy "Polly" Howell. Her death date is unknown.
