We came to this solution together with the whole band and the final decision was a sum of many different things. During the two year's that I spent with HIM, the band grew to be my second family. I want to thank Ville, Mige, Linde, Gas, Seppo, Janne, Pasi and Ike with whom we shared so many great adventures. I also want to thank all the fans, who made this all so special." |
| "It hurts not to be there anymore" (RE 03/01) At New Years Eve Zoltan Pluto played his last gig with HIM. Two months after he regrets his leave. The 23 year old tells the RE why he quit. "The more I think about it the harder it is to explain why I left the band", sais an audible thoughful Juska. "The main reason surely was that I never felt good in front of such a huge audience. Before I startet at HIM I was just an amateur and doubtet it from the beginning on if I would be musically good enough for the profi business." After just 12 for the band very succesful months he finally quit: "I was too tired. All the noise about the band was simply too much for me." After talking long with his friends and above all with his father Zoltan did tell his band collegues from his decision: "They wondered of course why I wanna get out. Human we always got along very well and still are very good friends. But finally they acceptet my decision." But meanwhile Zoltan regrets leaving the band: "I feel sad. A nice relationship is over, and I miss our common time. I'm sorry that suddenly I don't belong to it anymore. One time I visitet the studio and listened to the new songs. It hurts to know that it is not my music anymore." For the present he doesn't wanna think about new musically projects after the adventure with HIM: "Now I have to try to find a normal life. At the moment I sit around the whole day and don't know what to do with my time. Probably I'll look for any job to get a bit more regulation in my life. And in summer I`ll go to the army. I was already three months at the pioneers but then quit it cause of an illness. Now I'm gonna spent the rest of the three months in an office." He doesn't know his successor at the keyboards, Burton, personally: " I know already now that it's gonna be hard to see the first HIM gig with another man at my place. But of course I wish the band all the best for the future..." The new one: Burton Zoltans successor as HIM-keyboarder is Burton, 26 years old and from Helsinki. "I went together with Mig� to school and am also friend of the rest of the band since ten years" sais Burton in the RE-interview.
