Darkness surrounds me - envelopes my soul.
Images around me - so bitter and cold.
Where will it end - the pain that I feel?
Am I destined to hurt - to never heal?
The silence is deadly - almost like a tomb-
As I quietly walk from room to room.
Pain increasing - no one to care
I try to talk but no one is there.
I cannot fathom being alone-
I look around - everyone's gone.
I just want the pain to go away
I'm so tired of feeling this way!
Silence is deafening - a lonely sound-
No hint of happiness can be found.
Four wallls are silently closing in -
Squeezing the life from within.
My tears are mingled with the pouring rain-
Oh God, how can I stop this pain?
