Daddy, Mommy says you are leaving-
you have to go away.
Is there anything I can do , Daddy,
to make you want to stay?
How can we function , how can
we be a family-
If you are gone away and not
here with me?
Oh Daddy , I will miss you...but

To live my day's without you Daddy,
I just don't think I can!
Who will read me a story - who
will tuck me in at night?
Who will chase away the monsters-
and turn on my nite light?
Daddy, was it something I done to
make you have to go?
Why does Mommy want you to leave?
Daddy , I want to know!
I hear you fighting from my room - and
it makes me cry-
You scream at each other , Daddy...it
makes me want to die.
Can't you work it out , Daddy, can't
you stay with me-
I want you to know how I'm hurting
inside..Daddy, can't you see?
You say it's for the best - that I'll
always be your little girl-
But Daddy, I want you here! You
are my whole world!
Put your clothes back in the closet- put
your suitcase under the bed-
You can't really leave me Daddy - Don't
listen to what Mommy said.
We are still a family, Please don't
just walk away-
My heart is breaking Daddy, please
listen to what I say.
I'll try to do better Daddy - I'll be so
good, you'll see-
If you won't leave Daddy - If you
will stay with me!
I don't ask much Daddy, just for
you to hold my hand-
Work it out with Mommy ..Oh
Daddy, I know you can!
Daddy - why are you hugging me-
why are you saying goodbye?
Daddy - why are you walking away-
Why are you making me cry..........
