Crying
Man on the street corner with a tin cup in his hand- Hoping for a handout- for someone to understand. Once a man with a lot to live for ...a twinkle in his eye- Now all he has are the memories - that make a grown man cry.
There is a woman ...she's rocking her baby...on her cheek a tear- She has no one. to help her - all alone with helpless fear. When her baby cry's with hunger and she has no milk to give- Who will come to lend a hand - who will see that this infant lives?
A little girl sitting in the back seat of her car - she's afraid again- Mommy and Daddy are in the front seat fighting - will it ever end? Is she too blame...a tiny tear falls as she clutches her doll so tight- Oh Mommy and Daddy - Please stop! I get scared when you fight!
These people are like you and I ..they are our fellowman- Can't we have compassion in our heart's.. and do what we can? Help your neighbor down the street - Help someone in need- For the grace of God it could be YOU- Today , let's do a good deed!
