I'm scared laying here in
bed all alone-
I wish he would go away-
I want him gone!
Mommy, would you believe
me if I told you-
He comes in my room at nite-
Does things he shouldn't do?
Mommy would you believe me-
He begged me not to tell-
He said I would surely die -
That I would go to hell!
Mommy, do I have to call him Daddy-
I don't like him , can't you see?
He's not my real Daddy anyway -
Mommy, he touches me.
Mommy, would you believe me -
How scared I am tonite-
He comes in when you fall asleep-
Mommy, I try to fight.
I'm so scared - I'm watching the door-
Don't let him come in-
He makes me feel so dirty Mommy-
I know it is a sin.
He hurts me Mommy - His hands
feel me up and down-
He covers my mouth so that I can't
make a sound.
Mommy, would you believe me -
Would you send him away?
He told me you wouldn't listen
to a thing I had to say.
Mommy, I hear his footsteps coming
down the hall-
Oh God , what can I do Mommy -
would you hear if I called?
He stops at my door - Someone
tell me what to do!
Mommy, Please come! Wake up!
I need you!
I'm too small to fight him - I am
only eight-
Oh God , let Mommy come before
it's too late!
I feel his hands on me - Oh please-
leave me alone-
I try to fight but can't - my will has
long been gone.
You've taken away my childhood - my
innocence - don't you see?
Mommy , if I told would you please
believe me???
