This is a 2 level, 2 balcony apartment in a building of only 4 apartments in one of Sydney's most exclusive enclaves.
The main living area is open plan, flowing to a dining area and kitchen. This expansive area is approximately 10m x 8m and opens to the main balcony which faces the spectacular view. Large windows and full length glass doordmake this a very bright area.
The apartment has 3 bedrooms , although we will close off one with personal effects. Another small bedroom is used as a T.V. room.
