Entries and fees will be mailed to the Event Secretary - Mary Mullen.
Entries may NOT be faxed or emailed.
Overnight /Express Mail entries must have the signature waived.
Entries received without fees will not be accepted.
Acknowledgement of entries will be made as soon as practicable after closing date. Should such
acknowledgement not be received by the exhibitor witin a reasonable time, please notify the Event Secretary.
Email confirmation will be made upon receipt of your entry if you include your email address on the entry.
Entries must be submitted on an Official UKC Entry Form.
Absolutely no refunds of entry fees will be made, with the exception of Agility and Obedience entries of
bitches in season. A refund of $10.00 for bitches entered in Agility and/or Obedience, that come in season
after the closing date of entries, may be obtained by sending a Veterinarian's Certificate to the Event
Secretary. This certificate must be postmarked before the opening day of the show or given to the Event
Secretary before the start of the trials.
Entry fees shall not be refunded in the event that a dog is absent, disqualified, excused by Veterinarian or
Judge, or barred from competition by action of Show Committee. If because of riots, civil disturbances or
other acts beyond the control of the management it is impossible to open or to complete the show, no refund
of entry fees will be made. Extreme weather conditions,such as, but not limited to, snow storms, tornadoes,
lightning, extreme heat, must be considered for the health and safety of the dogs, exhibitors and spectators.
The well-being of dogs, exhibitors and spectators is of paramount importance, but in the event it is necessary
to cancel or stop the show before completion, no refund of entry fee will be made.
No substitution of dogs.
Moveup / Entry Correction Policy - A correction to any entry (conformation, agility, obedience), or the event
that a dog needs to be moved up to the Champions or Grand Champions class due to the completion of title
requirements, must be made in writing to the Event Secretary at least one half hour prior to the scheduled
start of any judging at the show. Owners / exhibitors are responsible for correcting any errors following these
guidelines.
