George Hamilton Roberts served in the Civil War. He held the rand ofSergeant with Company G. 14th Kentucky Infantry. He enlisted October 1,1861 and was discharged January 31, 1865. His military record states hehad a cough after contracting measles and that he was a true soldier. Healso held the rank of 2nd Lietenant.
