There are far too many Gods and Goddesses to mention here. But I have mentioned just a few below..
AKER: The guardian of the rising and setting son.  AMUN/AMON/AMEN: The patron God of Thebes, associated with the Ram. Husband of Mut, father of Khonsu, Primordial creation deity; one of eight Gods of chaos; combined with the supreme solar deity, Ra Amon - Ra was the hidden power that created the Gods. 
AMMUT: Devoured those souls judged unworthy of the afterlife. 
ANUBIS: Embalming. Jackal God of mummification. 
ANQET: The water Goddess of Elephantine. 
APEP: The Serpent who daily tried to destroy the sun. 
ATEN: The sun disk, this God was brought to prominence under the reign of Akhenaten one of four creation deities; caused the division of the sexes; as Ra - Atum, he represented the evening sun.
BASTET: Cat - Goddess of joy. 
BES: Dwarf - Goddess of fertility. 
BUTO: The Cobra Goddess of Lower Egypt. 
DUAMUTEF: Protects deceased's stomach. One of the four sons of Horus. 
GEB: God of earth and vegetation, husband of Nut, the sky Goddess. 
HAPI: Nile God. 
HAPY: Protects deceased's lungs. One of the four sons of Horus. 
HATHOR: Cow - Goddess of love, dance, music; and divine nurturer of the Pharaoh. 
HORUS: Falcon God, son of Osiris and Isis, the reigning Pharaoh was the "Living Horus" Patron deity of Upper (Southern) Egypt. 
IMHOTEP: The Vizier of Djoser, was later worshipped as the son of Ptah. 
IMSETY: Protects deceased liver. One of the four sons of Horus. 
ISIS: Goddess or motherhood of wives. Wife of Osiris, mother of Horus. Also known as the " Mistress of Magic". 
KHEPERU: The Beetle God of the Rising Sun. 
KHONSU: The Theban God of the moon. 
KHNEMU/ KHNUM: The Elephantine God of the Nile and Inundation. One of four creator Gods, potter who sculpted man, animals and breathed life into them. 
MA'AT: Goddess of truth and justice, the personification of the "Divine Order" Her symbol was the " Osterich Feather". 
MERETSEGER: The Goddess of the " Valley of the Kings". 
MIN: Fertility Goddess who bestowed sexual powers on men.
MONTU: The Egyptian God of war. 
MUT: Goddess of Motherhood. Amun's divine consort, her name means "Mother". 
NEFERTEM: The Memphis God of the Lotus. 
NEITH: Warrior Goddess of war, and weaving. 
NEKHEBET: The Vulture Goddess of Upper Egypt. 
NEPHTHYS: Sister of Isis, Osiris and Seth, protector of the dead. Seth was also her husband. 
NUN: The God of the Primordial waters of chaos. 
NUT: Sky Goddess, the night sky was the body of Nut. 
ONURIS: Warrior and Sky God of Abydos. 
OSIRIS: God of the underworld and afterlife. The husband of Isis, father of Horus, the brother of Nephthys and Seth. Murdered by Seth. 
PTAH: The Creator God, patron of Memphis. Also known as the patron God o craftsmen and artisans. He was said to create the first human on his potters wheel. QEBEHSENUEF: Protects deceased's intestines. Son of Horus. 
RE "RA" : The Sun God, he was one of the most poweful and ancient Gods. 
SATET: Goddess of Inundation of the Nile and Fertility. 
SEKHMET: Lioness - Goddess of War and destruction. She was the wife of Ptah. 
SELKET: Scorpions - Goddess of Magic. 
SERAPSIS: The Hellenistic God of the Sun and Afterlife. 
SETH: God of chaos and storms, husband of Nephthys. He killed his brother Osiris, and his nephew Horus, fought him to avenge his father's death...Horus won. Lord of Lower Egypt and evil enemy of Horus. 
SHU: God of air, husband of Tefnut, and father of Nut and Geb. 
SOBEK: The God of Crocodiles and water. 
TAURET: The Hippopotamus Goddess of Women and Childbirth. 
TEFNUT: Goddess of rain and moisture, wife of Shu,mother of Nut and Geb. Often portrayed with the head of a Lioness. 
THOTH: The Ibis God. God of Writing, Wisdom and Magic. It is thought that he created Hieroglyphs. 
WADJET: Cobra Goddess, Patron Goddess of Lower Egypt.

Horus' solar eye pectoral is protected on either side by Nekhbet, the vulture goddess of UpperEgypt wearing a conical crown and Wadjet, the divine cobra with the square crown of Lower Egypt.
These two Lands of Egypt, embodied in their patron goddesses, are united around Horus' solar eye.
