| There were a cluster of houses, actually (among them was Nathaniel Hawthorne's birthplace), and here are some pictures of the gardens in the center of them. They were just beautiful! All the flowers I saw in that area were. The summers are cooler than in St. Louis, and they don't get a chance to bake in 90 plus degree weather. | |||||||||||||
