The Ronin Armor of Time Enters
In the metaphysical world, Lady Kayra sits in concentration in the temple, a place of bright light now that the evil of Talpa has been defeated, Dais, Sekhmet, and Kale are with her. A disturbance causes Lady Kayra to open her eyes. A vision of what is coming has been revealed to her. A vision that will prompt her to call upon the Ronin Warriors to help---for evil has returned and returned with a vengeance.
Trouble. The Dynasty is returning. A Dynasty more stronger than before she thought to herself. The Ronin Warriors are needed once again. Five small ball-like crystals float gently around her head: the Ronin Armors.
Kale, Sekhmet, and Dais approach her. They bow before her in silence waiting for her to notice them. Lady Kayra looks up at their approach, "yes?"
"Have you sensed the trouble coming, Lady Kayra?" Kale spoke in question.
Lady Kayra looks over at Kale then Sekhmet and Dais. Her eyes a mystery as she looks at the three Warlords. She nods, "yes. A stronger Dynasty is coming."
"Then we will defeat them all," Sekhmet declares in a firm voice.
Lady Kayra shakes her head, "No. This new Dynasty will destroy you all with ease. They're powers is said to rival those of Talpa."
"The Ronin Warriors have that power, plus a new Ronin Warrior will come about, to help. This new Ronin could become a great force for good. I have heard that this new Ronin is a part of time and space,"Lady Kayra answers.
Kale, Dais, and Sekhmet waits as the five crystals continue to float around Lady Kayra's head. She sends the five crystals off with a single movement of her hand, heading for the Ronin Warriors.
"I hope the Ronin crystals reach the Ronin Warriors," she mutters. She gets to her feet indicating to the three warlords, "let us get ready."
They disappear from the temple.
FAR FROM LADY KAYRA
in another darkened temple before a mirror-like screen, a male in black and blood-red armor stands.
"Lady Kayra and her warlords will soon be in our hands Lord Dorow," the man said to the mirror.
The center of the mirror clouds and a voice speaks from the depths of the mirror, "all will be for nothing if the Ronin Warrior of Time should make an appearance. He too must be found.... Send my warriors to take Lady Kayra."
"Yes Lord Dorow," the man bows.
"Also begin the subjugation of the mortal world."
The man inclines his head in a bow as the mirror clears.
IN THE MORTAL WORLD IN TOKYO
somewhere far from the lights and such, a sweet sound is heard. It is in a park where the trees are green around, bird song is heard in conjution with that of the flute shound. The sound is that of a flute. A young man is seated on a boulder playing. A young man with red hair and green eyes. He's wearing blue jeans, a green leather jacket zipped up halfway exposing a red shirt. The young man's name is IYO and out here, he's peaceful, away from the hubbub of the city scene.
Dark clouds riddled with yellow lightning Z's ride across those clouds. Thunder is also heard even from where Iyo sits. A storm? That can't be? he thought getting up from the rock and quickly making his way over to the motorbike thats parked off to the right. Better check it out.
AT THE UNIVERSITY
Mia Coji is doing some more research at a desk before a computer when she came across older works about the Dynasty. Hm, what's this? she thinks as her fingers practically fly across the keyboard. What she discovers startles her.
"The Dynasty?! Its returning. But how?" she mutters. "I better let Ryo and the others know about this."
Mia gets to her feet and is about to leave when the television reveals something strange. Mia stops.
"A mysterious black cloud has engulfed the city. Lightning striking the cloud making it impossible for the armed forces to even get near...." the reporter begins showing the cloud and the lightning spikes.
Mia watches them in shock, "the Dynasty! Its here!"
Mia quickly leaves in her search for the Ronin Warriors.
IN THE CITY
strange dark armored warriors have appeared and begins to herd the citizens away. A nine year old girl is separated from her parents and is now alone. The little girl's name is SAYLA NURITU.
"Mommy! Daddy!" she sobs loudly looking around for her parents, to no avail.
WITH THE FIVE RONIN WARRIORS
they had recieved back the Ronin Armor and are in the city. They had just arrived.
"So, where's the Dynasty? I'm ready to kick some butt," Kento declares.
"They're here." Sai spoke. The five quickly turn at the sound of sobbing. "Who's?"
"Don't know. Let's check it out," Rowen says.
The five Ronin Warriors quickly head toward the sound discovering Sayla, in tears seated on the curb of the street. She looks up with a gasp of fear, moving away from the five.
"D--Don't hurt me?!" she gasps out between sniffles. Large tears gathering in her green eyes.
"Its all right. We won't hurt you," Sage soothes the little girl.
Before the girl can say anything more, Dynasty warriors surround them. With a squeek of fear, Sayla runs over to Sage and hides behind his legs.
"Well hello there. Come here to fight," Ryu says.
The warrior directly facing the five Ronins looks the five over before speaking, in a rusty sounding voice, "He's not with you. Good."
"What is he talking about? Who's not with us?" Kento wonders.
"They're talking about the sixth Ronin Warrior.... The one who wields the ronin armor of time," a voice comes to their ears.
The five Ronins look over to the left where Mia Coji stands.
"A sixth Ronin? Where is he?" Ryu asks.
Mia shrugs, "He's around."
"How do you know about this sixth Ronin Warrior, Mia?" Sai asks.
"From my grandfather's notes. He knew about the Dynasty returning and of the sixth Ronin," Mia answers.
The Dynasty look at Mia as the leader speaks, "this WAS a private conversation but...."
Mia gasps as she discovers herself surrounded. The five Ronin Warriors call forth their armor.
WITH IYO
as he motorcycles in to the city, strange pink flower-like petals drop. He lets some fall on the palm of his hand as he examines them. He is confused as to their origin.
"What is this?" he mutters. He continues on, looking around. Then he notices something. "Hey! Where's everybody!?"
The city's empty. No sign of any people. Anywhere.
The sound of fighting comes to his ears as he get off his motorcycle and moves toward the fighting.
"Huh? What is going on? he thinks moving through an alley and listening in. One voice causes Iyo to do something. Mia's. Iyo takes up a cylinder object, sending it toward the warrrior.
WITH THE RONINS AND MIA
"Mia! Look out!" Ryu exclaims as a Dynasty warrior reaches for her. Mia screams.
Suddenly, a cylinder object is spinning through the air. It hits the Dynasty warrior about to grab Mia.
"What?! Who did that!" the Dynasty warriors exclaims.
The cylinder returns to Iyo's hand as he speaks, "I did."
The five Ronin Warriors look over at Iyo, not knowing what's going on.
"You made a BIG mistake, whatever you are?" Iyo said in anger.
The Dynasty Warrior stares at Iyo as the 'leader' speaks, "You will be destroyed!"
The warrior, weapon held high, rushes at Iyo who just stands there. Before the warrior can even touch Iyo he moves out of the way, to the left causing the warrior to fly by him.
"Care to try that again?" Iyo asks, a smirk on his face.
The Ronin Warriors saw Iyo's move and is shocked. No human being could move THAT fast.
"Whoa!" said Ryu.
"He's fast," from Sage.
"I gotta hand it, he's real fast," from Sai.
"But that warrior's gonna defeat him," Kento answers. "We should be helping him."
"I don't know. Something about him...." Rowen finishes.
The Dynasty Warrior continue to try getting Iyo but is unable to as Iyo dodges away from them. The warrior's getting angry.
"I'll get you!"
The rest of the Dynasty warriors fight with the Ronin Warriors. The sides seem evenly matched when Mia's grabbed. She gives a scream of horror causing Iyo and the Ronin Warriors to stop their fighting.
"One more step Ronin Warriors and the woman gets it," the Dynasty Warrior says.
Another scream from behind the Ronin Warriors is heard. The five quickly turn as another Dynasty Warrior has the little girl Sayla in its clutches. The little girl is kicking and screaming, trying to get away. Sayla's dragged over as the Ronin Warriors and Iyo stop.
"Let her go?!" Kento bellows in questions, stepping toward the Dynasty Warrior who faces them, Sayla struggling before them.
"Now, what are you Ronin Warriors going to do about that?"
Iyo stands there hands clenched in fists. What to do? There's got to be something I can do.
Iyo feels this tremendous need to help the little girl but feels that he's unable to. The Dynasty Warrior laughs. Rage fills Iyo's mind, and something else. Something that dampens the rage. He feels a power rising within him. Then, he speaks, "There is a way!"
Everybody looks at Iyo, a golden glow is surrounding his form. Mia gasps.
"The Ronin of Time! It's him!"
"What are you talking about, Mia?" Kento asks, staring at the glow surrounding Iyo.
"The sixth Ronin Warrior," Mia says.
"I won't let you harm that child!"Iyo says through clenched teeth. The glow brightening causing the Dynasty warriors to back up from the glow.
Now, Iyo takes one step calling out, "Armor of Time!"
The light flairs again as blackness surrounds Iyo. The blackness becomes filled with stars that move around him. Then, gold armor appear to wrap itself around him, piece by piece.
The lights and such disappear as Iyo stands there wearing the gold armor of Time.
"Whoa!" Ryu exclaims.
"The Ronin Armor of Time," Mia said.
Iyo doesn't say anything as he reaches for the knives in their sheathes at his wrists. The Dynasty Warriors rush at the five, who fight back.
At first, Iyo couldn't believe what had happened. He had wanted to help the little girl get away from her captors but didn't know how till a voice had spoken to him, from within the vaults of his mind.
Ronin Warrior of Time, you have the power of the Ronin Armor of Time. To help the other Ronin Warriors defend humanity against the evil of the Dynasty....
Me? Why me? What could I do? Iyo thought back.
Your heart is good, Iyo. Use the armor to defeat the Dynasty and bring back the goodness
I will. I promise. Iyo thinks back to the voice.
The voice disappears but in Iyo's hand is a small gold marble-like crystal. He closes his hand as the crystal's glow shines through his hand. The glow gets brighter and brighter. Iyo blinks and find himself garbed in the armor and Dynasty Warriors rushing toward him. With knives in hand, the Ronin Warrior of Time attacks.
Amid the battle, the five Ronin Warriors look over at Iyo who's battling with something akin to awe. Iyo had just stopped an attack by a Dynasty warrior with his knife and kicks that warrior away from him.
Whoa! He's good. Sai thought as Iyo then performs a graceful leap and coming down, the two knives before him in an X-shaped attack.
Numerous attacks, the Ronin Warriors are victorous except for one Dynasty warrior. The six Ronin Warriors surround the Dynasty Warrior, ready.
"Now what?" Sage asks.
"Grr! Nothing.... Just this!" the Dynasty Warrior said and unleashing a strange mist that blankets the group in fog. Ryu, Sage, Sai, Kento, and Rowen are shocked. They don't know what's going on.
"What's going on?" Ryu wonders.
Five gleaming blades come flying out of the mist to strike at them. The five Ronin Warriors tumble painfully to the ground.
"Ugh! What was that?" Kento asks picking himself slowly up.
"Don't know," from Rowen.
In the meantime, Iyo could see through the mist as the Dynasty Warrior sent out move of those gleaming blades. Five strikes but the one heading for Iyo is blocked as he strikes out with his knives.
There's gotta be a way to defeat this monster! Iyo's armor begins to glow. He leaps up into the air, knives crossed in an X and shouts, "Time-------------Freeze!!"
The X glows before engulfing the Dynasty Warrior, freezing them in their tracks.
The five Ronin Warriors stop fighting as they realize that the Dynasty Warriors have been frozen in place.
"Hey! What gives?!" Kento asks staring at the warrior who is holding a mace and not moving.
Iyo doesn't say anything as he grabs the little girl and Mia away from their captors.
"Come on before it wears off!" he calls out to the five Ronin Warriors.
The five look at Iyo before following.
IN THE SEWER SYSTEM
The six Ronin Warriors are in their subarmor. Iyo is holding the little girl in his lap.
"So, what was that Time Freeze about?" Rowen asks Iyo.
Iyo looks over at them but its Mia who speaks first.
"The Ronin Armor of Time commands Time itself.... According to my grandfather's research the armor of time is the most powerful of all the armors. This new Dynasty's going to be after it too."
Mia looks at the six Ronin Warriors in silence before speaking again, "Time Freeze will stop time, for a little while at least allowing one to escape. It will also freeze an enemy."
Iyo is listening to Mia with something akin to awe and shock. He had no idea such power even existed.
Sayla, in Iyo's lap note the flute. She picks it up causing Iyo to look at her holding his flute.
"You play?" Sayla asks holding up the flute before him. Iyo takes the flute from her nodding.
Sayla smiles snuggling against his chest, "play something?"
Iyo smiles at her and begins to play the flute. The music is soft, filled with gladness and hope as the five Ronin Warriors and Mia listen to the music. The little girl, Sayla has fallen asleep.
THE METALPHYSICAL WORLD
Dorow calls forth his evil warlord DEURONG, a tall being wearing dark armor, a sword at his hip. He has dark red hair that sticks out in spikes at the top of his head and evil green eyes.
"You summoned me, Lord Dorow?" the warlord of destruction, Deurong asks.
"Yes Deurong. You have failed to bring me Lady Kayra and her warlords...," Dorow begins.
"My Lord, we are searching for them even now," Deurong protests softly. The interiour of the temple shakes slightly in fear. The shaking stops as Dorow continues in his deep rumbling voice,
"Forget about them. And listen closely."
Deurong listens, ready to obey his master's commands.
"The Ronin of Time has joined with the others.... Get them and bring them to me!" Dorow ends. Deurong bows before his master saying, "It shall be done."
Deurong fades from the temple.
BACK WITH THE RONIN WARRIORS, MIA, AND SAYLA
They're all listening to Iyo's music as he continues to play the flute. The music ends as Mia steps forward placing a hand on his shoulder, "that was beautiful."
Iyo nods, "I know. It was a testimonial to my mother." He looks at her. "She died when I was young."
"I'm sorry," Mia says softly.
Iyo shrugs, "thats okay."
"Hey Mia, what about his armor?" Ryu asks pointing at Iyo.
"My name's Iyo."
"Ryu nods, "I'm Ryu."
"Sage."
"Sai."
"Rowen."
"Kento."
Iyo nods at them as Mia speaks, "The Ronin Armor of Time is strong. Another part of your own armors."
Before Mia can say anything more a loud cackling is heard as the five Ronin Warriors look up, instantly ready. Iyo also looks up, putting away his flute. The noise awakens Sayla who gives a little whimper of fear, clinging to Iyo.
The ceiling is suddenly ripped out revealing the evil warlord, Deurong. He laughs as he beheld the six Ronin Warriors.
"Well well well, I found some Ronin Warriors!" Deuron says looking down at the group. His eyes fall on Iyo with Sayla clutching him. Deurong nods, thinking, I see the Ronin Warriors have joined up with the Ronin of Time. This maybe just a bit harder to deal with.... But Master wants these Ronins, especially the Ronin Warrior of Time.
Deurong laughs as the ceiling is ripped up.
The five Ronin Warriors power up their armor, weapons at the ready.
The Warlord of Destruction leaps down standing befor ethe five.
"Puny Ronins! YOu're no match for the warlord of destruction!"
"Yeah, thats what they all say," Kento yells.
Deurong shrugs as he unsheathes his sword, begins to slash about him. A massive shaking begin again causing everyone to react. The five Ronin Warriors fly backward to land hard against the far wall.
"Told you, you five Ronins can't defeat me," Deurong declares, waving his sword back and forth.
The wall sprouts hands as they grab ahold of the five Ronin Warriors. Now Deurong turns to Iyo who had gotten to his feet, setting Sayla down.
"So, you are the Ronin of Time?" Deurong made it a queston. He appraises Iyo for a long time before speaking, "you will come with me."
Iyo backs away, shaking his head. The armor appearing on him.
"You will come," Deurong snarls repeating the sword movement again.
I don't think so! Iyo thought as the knives are removed from their sheathes.
As Deurong is about to give a repeat performance, Iyo leaps up thirty feet in the air, slashing the air with his knives while saying at the same time
TIME STREAM!!!!!!
A liquid-like substance appears before the Dynasty Warlord before completely submerging him. Deurong disappears as the liquid also disappears. Iyo lands as the other five Ronin Warriors get to their feet and stand around Iyo. There is silence for a long while.
