| Once upon a time there was an Anna and an Ellie and they had no bassist so they wandered into the school library to find one. Sure enough there was one there! Well actually there was a little Ruth who regardless of the fact that she didn't know what one was, agreed to learn bass. Yey! So she started learning and the rest as they say is the history of the band! After a while, and a while longer, the band managed to acquire two guitars! Which is always good, y'know?So we sat in Anna's cellar for a few months and came out blinking in the sunlight and with a couple of songs called Barter and Common Breed. But we still had no singer so we waited around a bit longer and this girl called Aim�e appeared after Ruth rang a strange number on an advert.....so then we sat around in Ellie's cellar for a bit and the two songs became finished and playable and such and everything fell into place. We later ditched Common Breed cos to be honest it was a bit shite. And we wrote a few more. Pretty soon after someone gave us a gig in a random place miles from anywhere (yes, that's right...Woodkrik Valley) and it was only a month after the band had formed proeprly so we were all shit scared but some people seemed to like us so we did another gig and another and another and it all got a bit out of hand. (But we liked it!!) We also played at a festival thingy in chapel allerton but thenAim�e went away for aaaaaaaaaaaages and aaaaaaaaaaaages but now she's back and it's all good and we have got some gigs lined up at decent venues that people have actually heard of and know the location of.
