Everybody loves a good battle, which is why last time MTV Hits ran the first pop knockout cup they received over 30,000 votes in the final round! Who needs the singles charts to see whether Will or Gareth are the nations favourites when you can you have the MTV Hits Pop Knockout Cup!
The rules are clear, the biggest pop stars to come out of the music industry in the past year or so have been put up against each other on MTV Hits, and you the viewer determines who goes through to the next round by texting your votes to MTV Hits.
The first round takes place on Saturday 6th July, with 32 acts battling it out for pop supremacy.
