-contributes to discussion with the more intuitive topics/questions
-listens toother viewpoints/opinions and willing to acknowedge a better overall solution even if the idea did not come from him/her
-spends a great deal of time and effort on her tasks and responsibilities to the group... not just dependent on the other group members
-takes initiative

-set the pace for your group and agree to that amount of reading
-insightful contribution ot discussion
-to be receptive to the ideas of another, discuss and develop ideas
-incorporate everyone's ideas, lose your ego, but don't give up easily
-be a leader without being bossy
