Silver Rain
Four

"Come on! This will be cool!" Zac shrieked, grabbing my hand and pulling me out of the hotel room and onto the patio. "Look at the sky." he whispered to me, holding me in his arms. My gaze raised to the midnight black sky. I inhaled sharply. I had never seen more stars! They were everywhere, filling the sky with diamonds. I wished I could reach up and touch each and everyone. They were perfect, tiny sparkles against a black backdrop.

"Wow." I said, and all of the sudden I started to giggle. His arms loosened around me and I fell forward. Grabbing onto the railing as I did so. Zac shifted slightly, slipping on the wet balcony and falling face first into the wood. I laughed.

Quickly he stood up. "Not exactly funny!" he cried, reaching out for me, his hand at least three feet from me. "Get back here!"

"I Wasssn't moving!" I yelped, emphasizing the word 'wasn't'. I ran to the other side of the patio laughing, "Come get mme!" Comme get mee, Zac!" He bursted out laughing as he started to come after me, well kinda. He slipped again and fell to the floor.

"Aww!" I spat out laughing my head off as my gaze went inside. Taylor was looking at me. "Let's get Taylor drunk!" I yelped, grabbing a bottle a vodka.

"Whoa. Get who drunk?" He slurred, steadying himself as he stood up and walked over to me, looking bemused.

"TAYLOR!" I screamed. My eyes shifted to the golden locked, seventeen year old. "Your brother...him!" I slurred pointing to Tay and motioning for him to come out. I dropped the full bottle of vodka on the ground.

I watched Taylor slide outside by us, his blue eyes confused as he looked a me and Zac who were in a giggle fit. "Zac? Are you drunk?" Tay asked, giving his brother a weird look.

"No. We're not. Didn't have an ounce of alcohol." I spat out, laughing slightly.

"We've only been drinking this." Zac commented, his voice slurred as he lifted the bottle of Dr. Pepper, which was almost empty. Taylor snatched it from his younger brother, unscrewing the cap and taking a gulp.

"Zac, there's vodka mixed in here." Tay advised as he took another few gulps to finish it off. I stared off at the sky as Zac tapped me on the should and mouthed 'YOUR DRUNK!'

"No. I'm not Zaccy." I bursted out laughing but then I suddenly stopped when I noticed they both were nodding. "Oh...Tay wants some vodka?" I half asked, pulling up the bottle I had earlier, unscrewing the top and taking a long drink.

"Gimme that!" Taylor yelped, ripping it from me and sucking some down. He wanted to get plastered too. I looked at Zac, he was tilting slightly from having to much to drink.

I snatched back the bottle, taking a tiny sip. "WHEN YOU HAVE NO LIGHT TO GUIDE YOU, AND NO ONE TO WALK BESIDE YOU!" I screamed at the top of my lungs, holding the bottle up to my mouth like a microphone. "I WILL COMME TO YOU! OHH, I WILL COMME TO YOU!"

"I'll make sure you keep that promise." Taylor said, blinking his eyes rapidly, then bursted out laughing.

"WHEN YOU HAVE NO LIGHT TO GUIDE YOU! AND NO ONE TO WALK BESSIDE YOUU!! TAYLOR WILL CUM ON YOUU!! OHHH, HE'LL CUM ON YOUUU!" I laughed, falling forward, as Tay caught me.

"Maybe I should take this...." Tay advised, taking the vodka and sucking it down. Giving Taylor a weird look, I wandered over to a lonely corner on the patio. Staring up at the millions of stars on the black sky. Soon I plopped down on the ground, leaning against the railing.

"Hey. You know your really beautiful." I heard Zac's soft voice in my ear. As he made a seat next to me.

"Thank you, Zac. You're the first person that seems to think so. Though even I don't think so." I whispered sadly, my voice reflecting the pain of my past 'crushes' have caused me.

"DON'T ever say that!" Zac screamed, shaking my shoulders and pulling me into a hug. Where I stayed, in his arms as Tay chugged down the liquid. I drifted slowly into sleep. Suddenly someone was shaking me. I opened my eyes forgetting where I was for a second, until my eyes focused on Zac's caramel amulets.

"Zac?" I called slightly, feeling him next to me. It was daylight that shined down upon us. My weak eyes shot to Taylor as he unscrewed the cap of some Tequila, taking a long gulp out of it. He shuddered as he felt the liquid burn like fire all the way down. He could feel the room spinning as he opened his eyes. "Whoa." He said, steadying himself against the railing. I turned to Zac he was no longer drunk, but slightly tipsy as I was.

Zac stood up slowly, helping me to my feet as we headed inside. Josh and Luke sprawled out on the ground. Ike and Jen sleeping next to each other on one of the beds. Matt sleeping peacefully on the couch, and Kindell throwing up in the bathroom. Not such a glamorous sight.

"I'm tired.." I whined as Zachary pulled me out of room 214, and into the dim lit-hallway. "Zac..." I whined as he pulled me into the nearest elevator. I'm not sure if it went up or down. But the stop made me dizzy. We entered a familiar room, it was the Hanson's. As soon as Zac released my hand, I wandered over to the couch and taking a seat.

I watched Zac frantically search through his backpack, pulling out a small container of lime Jello. "I feel like a pile of jello!" he cried, smiling at me.

"Never had that kind." I whispered as Zac ripped the top off of it, taking a large mouthful out with his spoon. He tasted it and gave me a thumbs up. Must of been good.

"It's my favorite." Zac commented, sitting down next to me, taking another spoonful of jiggling jello. Holding it out for me, "It's good." I was spoon fed the warm substance, but it still tasted awesome. "Like it?" He asked, taking another spoonful for himself.

I pulled my legs up onto the couch, wrapping my arms around them as I answered, "Yeah. it's good." He nodded, giving me another mouthful of jello. "You ever think Hanson's gonna break up?" I asked, the taste of lime settling in my mouth.

"We can't break up, we're brothers." Zac spat out, tossing his now empty container in the nearby garbage can. I tightened the grip around my legs and rested my head on my knees so I was facing him.

I stared deeply into his soft brown eyes, I couldn't believe I was really sitting next to Zac Hanson. He took a deep breathe, I could feel my heart hammering away loudly in my chest. My eyes shut, as something brashed my lips ever so lightly. I gently leaned closer and felt his lips on mine.

We kissed softly at first, taking time to get used to the feel of each other's lips. The the kiss deepened, I felt an amazing string of tingles run up and down my body, until ever inch of my body was tingling with excitement. It had to be the sweetest kisses anyone's ever given to me.

All of the sudden the hotel room door pushed open. We forced our lips away from each other, a string of fear shooting through us as our eyes shifted to the door. Where his brothers and my best friend stood, jaws dropped and eyes wide.
