If she didn't have her eyes shut, she was sure that the world would of been spinning. She could feel his lips pressed against hers, and his hand brush up against her cheek. That's when she felt a wave of nausea rush through her stomach, her body tensed and she ripped away from him.

"Shit," she muttered, her hands flinging up to her head to press against her temples. "Shit, shit, I don't feel so well." Standing quickly, Brooke wrapped her arms around herself and wandered across the small patch of grass that was considered to be lawn. She curled up into a little ball in the grass, pulling her knees to her chest and burrying her face in them.

Tyler sat on the step for a few more minutes, a little shocked with the events that had just taken place. He clasped and unclasped his hands together, trying to sort everything out. She had too much to drink. He needed to find Lindsi. Standing up slowly, he wandered over to where Brooke was in the grass, kneeling down beside her.

"Do you want to go back to the trailer?" he questioned.

"I think I'm going to be sick," she moaned, entwining her hands into her hair.

He blinked, "I'm going to go find Lindsi, stay here okay?" He waited a few moments for an answer, but she didn't say anything. Tyler stood up and shoved his hands into his pockets, turning back and heading into the house to try and locate Linds.

The party hadn't slowed down, infact, there seemed to be a ton more people than there was the last time he checked. He darted around a few people who just stood in front of the walkway, drinking egarly from their cups. After scanning the room acouple times, he stopped the blond haired girl that he had been talking to earlier.

"Hey, have you seen Kyle?" he shot, knowing that's who Lindsi had been with before.

She tilted her head to the side, biting her bottom lip slightly. "I lost Matt," she giggled, lifting the drink she had in her hands to her lips and taking a drink. "So, did you want to dance or something?"

"No," he stated, and than asked again, "Have you seen Kyle?"

"Oh, yeah," she laughed, "I think I saw him go upstairs with a burnette girl."

"Upstairs...?" he whispered to himself, feeling a rush of fear go through him. He knew Lindsi was all into parties, she drank as much as she could get her hands on. Without thinking, he took off towards the steps, his heart racing. Once he was upstairs, the world below him slowly began to blur out and he could hear only the sounds of someone throwing up down the hall.

Shutting his eyes, he took a deep breath of air. He needed to find Lindsi but this place was so big he had no idea which door he should take. Suddenly, he heard a giggle to his left and a girl state Kyle's name. "Lindsi," he shot to himself, pushing open the bedroom door.

As he expected, he found Kyle leaning against a wood dresser, his arms crossed over his chest. However, the girl that he was with wasn't Lindsi. She stood on the other side of the room, both hands placed on her hips, it looked as if she had just been yelling at Kyle.

She spun toward Tyler, "The bathroom is the third door down. So, Leave."

"Wait, bro!" Kyle called, "let me show you."

As Kyle began to head out of the room, Barbie whined, "Kyle. Come on, Kyle. We weren't finished talking...Kyle, come on. Get back in here!"

Running a hand through his brown locks, Kyle let the door slam shut behind him. "Thanks man, I needed a reason to get the hell out of there." Tyler lifted his shoulders in a slight shrug.

"I'm looking for Lindsi," he stated, "have you seen her?"

Kyle wrinkled his nose slightly, "unfortuantly...no."

Leaning back against the wall, Lindsi let her tongue trace her lips slowly. She tried to remember the strawberry kiss, but it was blurred out by the taste of alcohol. "Fuck..." she muttered to herself, ranking a hand through her brown locks. Lindsi lifted the bottle to her mouth, quickly finishing off the bitter liquid.

She pulled herself off of the cold ground and replaced the empty container on the table, her blue eyes glittering beneath the lights. She soothed down her short skirt and quickly fixed her tank to make sure that she still looked half way decent before she exited the kitchen. The party seemed to be slowing down, many of the people sat around on the floor talking or making out. However, a dozen or so still tried to dance in the middle of the room.

Lindsi grinned evily, watching how the small crowd stuck together. Trying so hard to stay strong, yet trying so hard to give up. They seemed to have had enough to drink and still wanted to have fun, but where so tired from dancing that they just wanted to sit down for a break like the rest of the guests.

"What is this?" Lindsi spat, glancing around the room. "Isn't this supposed to be a party? What the hell kind of music is this?" She was refering to the slow pop song that played quietly in the room. She shook the hair out of her face, wandering over to where the cd player was. A guy sat there, staring at her with a confused look on his face. "Can you play some REAL music?" she questioned, "I want to dance."

He laughed, nodding slightly as he quickly replaced the compact disk with one that had a little more groove to it. Lindsi smiled brightly to him, and turned back towards most of the people in the room. The crowd of a dozen were still dancing in the room, but everyone else seemed to sit around in a daze.

Laughing, Lindsi hopped up onto the coffee table that was pulled to the side of the room. "Get up!" Lindsi laughed, "Come on, get up and dance!" As if she had some super power, people began to move again, began to dance and laugh. Letting out a deep breath of air, Lindsi joined in and began to dance on the coffee table.

It wasn't long before there was enough people dancing around her to make her begin to feel a little faint. The heat had snuck up on her suddenly and she could feel the warmth slide down her throat. Her already dry mouth mixed with the hot air around her. She gulped, but it didn't help wet her throat any.

Blinking a few times, she slowly got down off of the table, holding a hand up to her forehead. "Hey, are you okay?" the guy running the music inquired, staring intently at her.

Lindsi spun quickly, flashing him a charming smile. "I'm fine, just need some air." She rubbed her eyes with the back of her hands, slowly heading across the living room and toward the front door. It wouldn't be long that she'd sit out there, just long enough to breath a little.

She pushed open the door, letting the cool air surround her. She instantly began to feel better, remembering the gentle smell the greeted her everytime that she stepped outside. Letting her eyes glide shut, she took in the moment. The smell of the ocean from a distance, the laughter from the party inside matching the same laughter she heard on the beach. Malibu was just a big party.

It wasn't that it bothered her that Malibu was nothing but parties. It was just the fact that she never placed the two together. She once thought that Malibu was only there for the sun, water, and lifeguards. But it was much more, it was party central. Beach parties, house parties, the works.

Her eyes flipped open, and she noticed a familiar pattern of blue. "Brooke?" she called softly, staring across the yard at the small curled up figure in the grass. She wandered closer to the figure, confirming that it was her friend a few minutes later. "Shit, Brooke," she called, rushing closer to her friend. "What the hell happened?"

Brooke peeked her left eye open, and than slowly opened her right. "Um, I think I'm going to die," she whispered.

Lindsi laughed, "No, babe. I think you just drank too much."

"I did more than that," she mumbled, her voice slightly muffled because she had her head once again burried in her knees. Her once perfected blond hair laying motionless in the grass.

"Did you accidently bone someone?" Linds inquired, kneeling down in the grass next to her friend. She had her head tilted to the side slightly, a few wisps of hair flopping into her eyes. Brooke sat up, wiping her face slightly with the back of her hand, her eyes were slightly red as if she had been crying.

"No," she stated, "you know that I don't like to be touched." She ran both hands through her hair, trying desperately to make it look half way decent. She bit her bottom lip slightly, her stomach churned slightly and she felt another wave of nausea rush through her now that she was sitting upwards.

Lindsi smiled, "than everythings alright than?"

"Some boy kissed me," Brooke mumbled, "and...and I ran off."

"And you came out here and layed in the grass?" Lindsi shot, "fuck, Brooke. Why didn't you come and find me? You know that I would of stopped everything I was doing to talk to you."

She looked up, her eyes shining. "I tried too."

"And what? You just gave up and decided to come sit out here alone?" Lindsi gushed.

"I wasn't alone at first," Brooke muttered, "do you remember what you said earlier? You know, when we were still at the trailer. Before we went shopping, before we got ready..."

Lindsi bit her lip slightly, "I said a lot of things."

"Oh, well. It was nothing anyways," she laughed softly, and let her eyes glide shut. She could still picture Tyler in her mind. The shocked look that was plastered across his face the second that she had pulled away from him.

"If it was nothing," Lindsi stated, "than you wouldn't have brought it up."

Brooke shifted away from Lindsi, "I don't feel good."

"Blairie," Lindsi spat, using her nickname to catch her friends attention. Brooke turned back towards her, her eyes glittered slightly with a new layer of tears that were beginning to form in her eyes.

"What if I told you that I did the stupidest thing in the world? What if I told you that I used your advice, but went a little too far? What if I told you, that I actually touched somebody and I hate being touched myself?" Brooke gushed, "What if I told you that..."

She was suddenly cut off by a familar voice. "Fuck, Lindsi," Tyler spat, "I've been looking all over for you."
