I Won't Let You Hurt Me
Chapter four

Bob

"Scott? Where did you go?" I called through the empty mall, where had my brother gone to. We were just shopping for a new shirt....he just disappeared. I hoped that he didn't leave, it wouldn't
be cool to get locked in the mall all night long. "Scott where are you?"

"Over here!" I chuckled, he was already by the elevators, gawd how could I be so dumb. Slowly I wandered over to small hall where the stairs and elevators were. To my suprise the doors to an elevator was open, but there was a sign next to it reading 'Out of order'

"Scott?" I called, not seeing him anywhere. "Where are you?"

"I slipped, I'm hanging on the side of the elevator shaft! Bob, Help me!" The voice yelled frantically. I ran over to the open elevator, peering down into complete darkness.

"Scott...hang on. I'll get help." I yelled loudly into the empty shaft, hearing my scared voice echo.

"I don't need help pissing!" I heard Scott call from in the bathroom. Who the hell was calling to me? Telling me my older brother was in a life or death situation.

"Hey...Bob." I turned around and saw Clint standing behind me, his eyes wide and full of hate. "What you looking for? Scott..?" he laughed. Oh my gawd, he tricked me...he's going to kill me. He grabbed forcefully onto my shoulders, his fingernails digging deep into the flesh by my neck.

"Clint...don't hurt me." I whispered, tears rolling down my cheeks and he dug into my skin even more. "Stop! that hurts man!"

"Stop..? Sure." He let go of my shoulder, but then gave me a hard shove as I fell back into the dark shaft...falling, falling, falling.....

I felt the hard inpact of the ground as I fell out of bed. I was sweating and my head hurt. I could still feel his fingernails in my neck. He's going to kill you. You better get him first. Slowly I pulled my body off of the floor and stumbled over to the bathroom to throw some water on my face.

Scott

"What are you doing waking me up at three in the morning?" I slurred, burrying my face into my pillow, sleep falling over my eyes again.

"I had another dream Scott...That guy tried to kill me again." he whispered, as my eyes flipped back open, "Scott...I need your help. I'm scared." I sat up leaning my back against the backboard of the bed, patting the spot next to me. Bob hopped up onto the bed next to me, nibbling on his bottom lips slightly.

"Tell me about it..." I demanded softly, crossing my arms across my chest and looking at my trembling sibling. Gawd, I wish it was me instead of him...he looked so messed up. I could see the pain hiding inside him, and the wish that everything would stop.

"Cli...That guy. He pushed me down an elevator shaft while you were in the bathroom." Bob spat quickly, his eyes wide with undying fear.

"I was in your dream?" I gulped, now he was dreaming about me.

"Yah. Like you were my protector...I was scared...so scared Scott." tears rolled down his cheeks, it stuck me hard to see my brother in so much pain. Leaning over I embraced him in a warm hug.

"Tomorrow...Your going out with me, it might help keep your mind off of the dreams." I whispered, I guess I couldn't keep my secret for much longer. Someone was bound to find out, and Bob needs me.

Dave

"Yo. Clint!" I yelled as I watched my brother hop down the steps. He turned to look at me, his eyes full of sleep. "Where you going?"

"I was going to play some basketball or something." he said with a shrug of his shoulders, flopping a baseball cap over his short hair. "You want to come?"

"Yeah. It'll feel good to beat you." I laughed, a charming smile stuck on my face as I followed Clint outside to the basketball hoop. I started with the ball, bouncing it around Clint and shooting it thowards the hoop, where it bounced off and flew right into Clint's hands who shot and made it in.

"Who's going to beat who?" he spat cockily, tossing the ball where I tried to score again but Clint caught it in mid-air and shot another one in.

"Your cheating!" I yelped as an excuse to why I was loseing to him. Clint laughed and tried for a three pointer, but missed as it flew over the top of the backboard. As the ball flew over it hit Bob in the back of the head. Suddenly Bob was running and Scott was hot on his tail. "Uhh...where are they going?"

"I don't know...But why is Bob always avoiding me?" Clint questioned his voice at a depressed tone.

Bob

He's trying to knock me out with the basketball now, great! He wants you dead. I can't believe this, Scott is like the only one I can turn to and I don't even know where he's taking me! To the river to drown you. "Shut up!" I hollered as Scott turned to me his eyes confused.

"I didn't say anything." I laughed slightly, and threw my arm around his neck.

"I was talking to the birds, man." I covered up for talking to myself, "Where are we going?" Scott still hadn't told me where we were going for the afternoon. He's going to kill you! Run while you still can!

"Listen Bob, You can't tell the others because I don't want to hear it from them." I nodded, of course I wouldn't tell my own killer my saviours secret. "But I've been...."

"Scott!" a voice called from across the park, a blond haired girl dashed across the uneven grass and into my brother's arms. Scott leaned down and placed a kiss upon her lips. Seems like Scott
found himself someone to replace you after THEY kill you.
Slowly yet unwillingly he pulled away from her.

"Bob, this is my..." he cleared his thoart slightly, "girlfriend." She extended a small hand to me, a silver braclet jingling from her wrist.

"My names Blair." she said softly as I shook her hand, "Are you Scott's brother..? He talks about you guys all the time." How he wants to kill you.

"Yah, I'm the middle triplet." I said causually, smiling softly to her. It was kind of funny to see Scott with a girl, but I guess it had to happen sometime. "How long have you known Scott?"

"A few months, but lately we've been closer." she explained, giving my brother an adoring look. It gave me that churning feeling in my stomach, yuck. I feel sorry for her, Scott is such a slob.

"I brought him along because he's been having dreams of some guy killing him. I thought this would keep his mind off of it...getting him out of the house." Scott huffed. It seemed as if he wished I never came with him, he seemed to be getting annoyed. Like I was getting more attention from Blair than he was.

"Oh...You poor thing." Blair cried leaning in and giving me a quick hug, "It looks like the dreams are consuming you, you seem so frightened." You should warn her too...Scott might try to kill her. Scott wouldn't try to kill her! or me for that matter. Blair turned back to Scott, and pressed her lips to his in a soft kiss before whispering, "Your so sweet to your brothers." It made me sick to my stomach, Scott be sweet? Yeah right.
