This is Mike’s & Lil’s 120 acre family retreat in beautiful Susquehanna County, Pa where they experience the tranquility so hard to find today.  Deep woods with hiking trails, streams and natural artesian springs.   Sunny fields with hedge rows and mountain views to wander and explore.  Picking wild berries, fishing off the cabin porch, paddle boating or just do doing nothing.

The main house and the visitor’s cabin are on a 5-acre lake.  A picnic area with table is available in a hemlock grove.  In the evening roast marshmallows on a bonfire or just unwind under the beautiful starlit sky and listen to the sounds of nature.

The retreat is on the New York/Pennsylvania border 2 miles from the Kopernik Observatory in Vestal NY and 7 miles from shopping malls, dining and other conveniences.  Most of the acreage is in Choconut Pa.
