| No matter who you voted for, you might be going a little crazy right now. In the papers (both local and widespread), people are either praising Obama or bashing him. I have to admit, he has a lot of great ideas. Then again, so have quite a few presidents over the years. If he follows up with his promises and his plans... what is there to worry about? Well just a whole lot of IFS. I will not share who I voted for at this time, because it might cause some friction with my family... however I stick to the decision I made, I believe that the person was the best candidate and that he stood for my ideals and needs. |
| A lot of people are worried right now we have a Muslim in the White House (or will soon anyway). I cannot say for sure that Obama is not a Muslim... however I have incredible doubt that he is. Also... I'm almost positive he isn't the Anti-Christ... no matter what any websites or tabloids say. I mean... ok... has anyone READ that part of the Bible... AT ALL? My husband and I looked into it because we read a series of books on the end days. It was called "Left Behind" I think. The way the authors explained everything made absolutley perfect sense. Some of it is metaphorical and other parts could quite be literal. However... veering off topic. he isn't and don't worry. You'll know when the big nasty shows up. But my main point was. The guy is the President Elect. He's the first African American President and that alone has got to take some cojones. Give him credit, he had the cojones to run against A. a woman and B. a war hero. Yeahhh. I would have dropped out most likely. Well that is about it for now. I hope this guy holds up to his word. Peace, Gnomies! |
