DAYS ACTIVITIES

Monday

Learn about hurricanes, go to BrainPOP and watch the movie and do activities on Hurricanes. Write down score of quiz and turn in to me.

Tuesday

Learn about Tornadoes, do Virtual Field trip today and continue tomorrow with the rest of the lesson, turn in notes from VFT to me for points/grade.

Wednesday

Visit BrainPOP again, this time to watch the movie and activities on Tornadoes. Write down score of quiz and turn in to me for points.

Thursday

Students have choice of using BrainPOP for another video on weather, either Tsunami, or Volcanoes. Students take turn using BrainPOP, when not using BrainPOP students work in groups making PowerPoint’s about what they have learned.

Friday

Students show their PowerPoint presentations, and when finished as a reward the movie Twister is shown if parents have given consent for student to watch.
