Rice Krispy Date Balls
1/2 cup margerine
3/4 cup sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 cup nuts (optional)
1 cup chopped dates
2 cups Rice Krispies Cereal
1 1/2 cups shredded coconut
1 tsp. vanilla

Put margerine, sugar, eggs, salt, nuts and dates in a
pan and stir constantly over low-med. heat for about 10 minutes.
Remove from heat and add vanilla.
Cool for 5 minutes before adding the Rice Krispies cereal. Mix in cereal and roll into balls. Roll balls in coconut and place on waxed paper-lined cookie sheet.
Keep refridgerated.
Enjoy!

Sweet Marie Bars
In a large saucepan mix :
3/4 cup peanut butter
3/4 cup corn syrup
3/4 cup brown sugar

Stir and cook over low heat
until
it comes to a boil.~DO NOT BOIL~
Remove from heat & add :
1 tbsp. butter
3/4 cup salted white peanuts
3 cups rice krispies cereal
Mix well and pack into a buttered 9" x 13" pan.

Icing :
1 package of semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 tbsp. peanut butter
Melt in double boiler and pour over top of bars.
Keep refrigerated.

Spaghetti With Roasted Garlic

1 Head of Garlic
14 oz. of fresh or dried noodles
1/2 cup of extra virgin olive oil
Salt & Pepper to taste

Cook garlic whole for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
Cook pasta.
Cool garlic, lay on side and slice off tip.
Hold garlic over bowl and dig out center
Pour oil mixture with black pepper
Drain pasta and put noodles back in pot,
then pour in oil and garlic.
Mix Well and Serve!

Tuna Ball

2 packs of cream cheese
2 cans of tuna
finely chopped onion


Mix soft cream cheese with onion & tuna.
Top with parsley flakes.
Serve with assorted crackers.

You may use crab or shrimp
instead of tuna.

Taco Snack Mix

4 cups of spoon size shredded wheat
4 cups of pretzel sticks
4 cups of tortilla chips
1 Pkg. of taco seasoning mix
1/4 cup of margerine, melted

In a large bowl, combine cereal, pretzels,tortilla chips
and taco seasoning mix.
Mix Well..
Drizzle with margerine, tossing to coat well.
Keep in airtight container.
Great For Parties!

              Santa Fe Casserole
(
Da Bomb, she says)
1 lb. of ground beef
1 pkg. of taco seasoning
2 cups of chicken broth
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup sour cream
1 pkg. tortilla chips
2 cups of grated monterey jack or cheddar cheese
1/2 cup sliced green onions

Brown your meat and stir until crumbly.Drain.
Add taco seasoning and blend well.
In a small bowl, combine broth and flour. Add to meat mixture and bring to a boil to make mixture thick.
Stir in sour cream and blend well.
in a lightly greased baking dish, layer 1/2 of chips.
Top with 1/2 of meat mixture,1/2 of cheese & 1/2 of onions. Layer again with ingredients finishing with onions.
Bake uncovered @ 375 degrees for about 20 minutes... Let stand 5 minutes

Jelly On The Other Slice..
Slap Them Together.. And WALLA...

Pig Pickin' Cake

1-(18.25 oz.) boxed yellow cake mix
1-(11 oz.) can Of Manderine Oranges, With Juice
4 Eggs
1/4 Cup Veggie Oil
1-(16 oz.) Container Of Cool Whip
1-(16 oz.) Can Crushed Pineapple (drained)
1-(4 serving size) Box Instant Vanilla Pudding (dry)

Mix Together Cake Mix, Manderine Oranges (w/juice),
Eggs & Oil.
Pour Into 2 Greased & Floured  8" Round Cake Pans.
Bake @ 350 degrees for 25-30 Minutes,
or Until Cake Test Is Done.
Cool Cake Layers On Wire Racks.
In A Bowl, Mix Together:  Whipped Topping, Drained Pineapples & Dry Instant Pudding Mix. Fill & Frost Cooled Cake Layers . Refridgerate Until Ready To Eat.
You Can Also Decorate With Extra Manderine Oranges On Top For The Extra Look! Enjoy!!!!

Key Lime Pie

1 Can Of Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk
4 oz. Bottled Key Lime Juice
1 Baked Crust- Either Graham or Regular
Cool Whip or Whipped Cream
Slivered Almonds (optional)

Mix Eagle Condensed Milk & Lime Juice Together.
Pour Into Baked Pie Crust.
Top With Whipped Cream If Desired.
Garnish With Almonds & Enjoy!

For a Lighter Pie, Fold In a Little Cool Whip (1/2 cup) to The Mix Before You Put in Pie Shell.

Note: If You Can't Find Key Lime Juice, Use Regular Lime Juice, Fresh Or Bottled
