This is a wonderful opportunity for any level skater. Doug Leigh and his staff give an awesome insight on the sport of figure skating. I was lucky enough to participate in a week long program in Canada and have never learned so much about the techniques of skating. What I learned has stuck with me and contributed to my understanding and knowledge of the sport. It has helped me to improve my skating and improve the skating of others.
I will also be teaching a couple classes for this seminar. I will be incorporating a blend of Jazz Funk with Hip/Hop for a fun fast paced cardio workout and moving that to the ice. It will be a blast.. I am looking forward to it.
