Shane C. Webster did this to my car. He showed no remorse for his actions, and to top it off....he was too scared to face me thinking I would hit him so he called the police. He received 2 DUIs, and tickets for no insurance, no license, and wreckless driving. I am taking his pathetic ass to court, we're scheduled to appear on Feb. 14 at 9am.....Good Luck Shane...you'll need it!! I'll keep everyone posted. |

RULES YOU SHOULD FOLLOW: |

1. A good rule of thumb would be to NEVER lend out your vehicle. People don't care if they break your stuff, after all to quote the asshole who did this to my car, "You shouldn't have let me drive your car." |

2. The only reason Shane lived is because he was drunk. He thought it would be a good idea to get into a fist fight while under the influence of drugs and alcohol and while traveling 70 MPH around a curvy road. Needless to say the tree won....take a look below. |

It took Persell's 2 hours to wench my car from the tree. The EMTs had to use the jaws of life to retrieve Shane from my car....(should've let him suffer if you ask me).
