The Rotunda: This served as the only classroom building when the university was first built. It isn't the original. The first rotunda burnt down caused by an explosion in the chemistry laboratory.
Looking from the steps of the Rotunda down the Lawn to Old Cabell Hall If you go to the University's homepage, you can check out the 'Live Rotunda Cam'. It is a camera positioned above Old Cabell Hall and takes real time pics! It's pretty cool, but it works better with a high speed internet.
One side of the Lawn, looking at the Pavillions, and Lawn rooms. Only the prestige live on the Lawn. Famous Professors live in the houses, called Pavillions. Although it is an honor to live on the Lawn, the only draw back is that here is no bathroom in your room. Lawnies have to use bath houses. The Lawn is so pretty in autumn :)

These are some of the Gardens. The Gardens are located in between the Lawn rooms and the Grange rooms. They are marked by the curved brick walls and/or white picket fences. Each Garden is unique and they are very beautiful and a peaceful place to study.
