We use only the quality beads, letters and findings, Swarovski crystals, Bali silver, Grade A catseye beads unless otherwise specified as well as genuine gemstones and many other fine beads. We are so sure you will love your jewels that we offer a full, 14 day money back guarantee. Please note that any shipping charges paid by Lil*Pretties*Bracelet*Boutique will be deducted from the price of the item. Please see Returns for more details.
We offer a flat shipping rate of $3.85 for up to 5lbs and $1.10 charge for insurance (which is manditory) to anywhere in the Continental United States no matter how many pieces you buy! Your jewels will be shipped through the USPS Priority Mail system. Rates to Alaska, hawaii, and Canada are slightly higher. Please contact us for more information on these and international rates. insurance is not required, but recommended. We cannot be responsible for damaged or lost packages once they leave our hands. Insurance fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
Please allow 3 to 5 business days after we receive payment for us to create your jewels to shipping. Although we pride ourselves on creating and shipping within 48 hours, unforseen issues or backorders may arise. If you need your jewels sooner, please contact us as we will be happy to do our best to accomodate your needs! Please note that while we do not accept personal checks, we do accept m/o's, cashiers checks and paypal! After we receive payment your jewels will not be shipped until the payment clears the bank and we have verified size, colors and any discounts that may apply. If you need your items faster, Paypal is a safe and secure way to make a payment! You do not need a Paypal account to pay us through this wonderful and free service!
