Return Policy
We at Lil*Pretties*Bracelet*Boutique are so sure you will love your jewelry that we offer a full 14 day money back guarantee for all merchandise that is in unused, unworn condition with any tags still intact and in the original packaging. Any and All shipping & handling charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Shipping charges paid by Lil*Pretties*Bracelet*Boutique will be deducted from the original amount of the item. Your 14 days begins with the date on your delivery confirmation receipt, located on the front shipping label.
We will restring your bracelet one time for sizing purposes at no additional charge within the first 14 days. After that time period, a $10 restringing fee will be charged. Return shipping charges are the responsiblilty of the buyer.
Please note that personalized, engraved, "event" jewelry, (Communion, Prom, etc.) or custom orders are not returnable.
You may request an even exchange on an item that has a technical malfunction. (ex. the clasp doesn't work) Shipping refunds in this case is up to the descretion of Lil*Pretties*bracelet*Boutique. All returns require a return authorization number. Please do not return any merchandise without first contacting us at [email protected]. Someone will return your email as quickly as possible. We will send you an authorization number and instructions for the return. All monies to be returned will be in form of how payment was made even if the payment was by credit card.
