Pigs - everyday animals that we take for granted. Children grow up singing about Old MacDonald and his farm, learning to emulate the sounds of various barnyard animals. But none seems as fun to impersonate as the pig. Who can resist the oinking sound?

Pigs are defined by Webster's dictionary as "any of several mammals of the family Suidae, having short legs, cloven hooves, bristly hair, and a cartilaginous snout used for digging, especially the domesticated hog, Sus scrofa domesticus, when young or of comparatively small size."

In layman's terms, they are cute animals with funny-looking snouts, short legs, and a curly tail. And they make a cute grunting noise as they lounge around in their mud puddles.

Pigs are fascinating creatures and are worthy of lots of love. Not only are they cute and cuddly, but they are extremely intelligent. Let a pig warm your heart today, and may you, too, fall in love with these incredible creatures.
