Mexican Casserole.

1 lb. Hamburger meat

2 small cans Cream of Chicken soup

2 small cans Cream of Celery, or Broccholi soup

2 small cans chopped Green Chilis

1 16 oz jar of picante sauce

1 lb Velveeta cheese, cubed

1 lb Chedder cheese, grated

1 med. onion, chopped

4 cloves garlic,

1 pkg Doritos

Cook meat, onion, and garlic in pan. Cook everything but the chedder and doritos, Mix meat and soup mixtures in large pan. Mix well. 13x9" pan, lay doritos to cover the botton, add the soup and meat mix, cover with chedder cheese. Bake in oven at 350 degrees until cheese is melted. Serve with sour cream or guacamole. (Note) If you use herbs, this is great. You can add almost anything to it.
