^ Information->Misty's Pokemon ^

Psyduck
Psyduck (Kodakku) - #54: Psyduck tends to be the pokemon which makes Misty angry all of the time because of Psyduck's constant headache and lack of attacks.  One positive thing about Psyduck that Misty acknowledges is that after a whole bunch of attacks fought against Psyduck, he unleashes his psychic 'Confusion' attack.
Poliwag
Poliwag (Nyoromo) - #60: Poliwag is one of Misty's loyal pokemon. Poliwag became a member of Misty's pokemon team when Ash and Tracey both inhaled a vileplume's stun spore and became ill. The cure for stun spore was some Salvayo Weed, in which Poliwag encountered Misty while trying to be caught by Team Rocket to help Jessie with the same problem. Misty helped drive Team Rocket away and Poliwag in return found the Salvayo Weed and wanted to become a member of the Misty team.  See Poliwhirl below.
Poliwhirl Poliwhirl (Nyorobon) - #61: Poliwhirl once was Poliwag (see above). Poliwag evolved during battle which helped Poliwag's attacks to become stronger.  Poliwhirl is the second evolution/stage of Poliwag.  Poliwhirl will eventually evolve into Poliwrath (Poliwag's final form) once it receives enough experience points. See Poliwag above.
Horsea
Horsea (Tattsu) - #116: Horsea was one of Misty's first Pokemon.  Horsea is a seahorse type of Pokemon. One of it's special attacks is Bubble.  It also can spit out a trail of ink (as did so in the episode where all of the Pokemon are taken capture, which helped lead Misty and the others to where their pokemon were taken to).
Staryu (Hitodeman) - #120: Staryu is another of Misty's first Pokemon. Staryu's star-like shape helps it during battle, like a spin tackle and it is able to use hyper/ice type beams through it's gem in the middle of the star. Staryu's evolved form is Starmie.
Starmie (Sutaamii) - #121: Starmie is the evolved form of Staryu. It's attacks and abilities are the same as Staryu, but are a little more powerful than Staryu's. It's main specialty is spin tackles and the attack Swift, in which razor-sharp stars fly out of it's gem and attack the enemy.
Goldeen Goldeen (Tosakinto) - #118: Goldeen is a fish-like pokemon with a sharp horn on it's head. It's special attacks and abilities usually involve it's horn and water attacks. It is best in battle while in water.
Togepi
Togepi (Same in Japanese and English) - #175: This mysterious egg-shaped Pokemon is very cute, but has powerful attacks. It's specialties are psychic attacks such as Teleport and Defense/Evasion attacks such as Charm. Most of Togepi's attacks and evolutions are still a mystery, but what Pokemon researchers know is very helpful to trainers, other researchers and fans alike.  With enough experience, Togepi would eventually evolve into Togetic.
