Lips
I have found these great products for your lips from the mary kate and ashley range and the 17 range at Boots.
My best advice is to use a simple tinted lip gloss on your lips and if you are going to a party or somewhere special, use a lip-pencil that is slightly darker than the gloss to go carefully round the edge of your lips.  If you are in a rush, slick on a coat of simple lip gloss( e.g for school.)  But always make sure you put on some lip balm or vaseline to protect your lips, especially in the harsh, winter weather when your lips can get painfully chapped.

Remember:  Use a lipgloss that suits you're complexion.
Brown/Black hair and light/ medium skin= Berry or Rusty Pink glosses suit best
Black Hair and Dark Skin= Brown or dark peach glosses suit best
Blonde hair and light-medium skin= Bright/ Rusty Pink or rusty peach glosses suit best
Eyes
For your eyes, dont go too harsh or dark. especially if you're only young, as you'll look really stupid and look like you've been in a fight; Ive done that before
If you have tanned skin, Golden or brown eyeshadows or creams suit you perfectly.  You can also get away with more darkish purples and Greens.
If you have fair skin you should use light, pastel colours that dont clash with your skin and that are not too harsh.  Hair colour also effects what colours you should wear on your eyes, Blondes and fair haired girls suit pink and lilac  brilliantly, whilst Darker haired girls suit greens and purples.
If you use mascara, I'd advise Blondes to wear brown mascara rather than black, as it is less noticeable and does not clash with your fair features.  Brown hair girls (especially with darker skin) suit Black mascara best.  I think clear mascara is essential for giving lashes an instant lift and looks casual and not as noticeable; which is perfect for school.
Eyelash curlers can work really well so I'd advise anyone to invest in a good pair of those; metal ones are better than the plastic ones, use these before you apply mascara otherwise you could end up pulling out eyelashes with them
Eyeliner sometimes can appear too harsh.  If applied carefully it can define eyes and make them look lovely, but if not, you'll have big puffy panda eyes!
