Mari's First Creation

There's no picture yet, but I promise it's a very pretty square! I came up with it while watching the XXVIII (28th) Olympics one morning. It's the first pattern I've ever written out so bear with me, and if you have any suggestions as to making the directions easier to follow email me.

Materials: size I hook and double knitting weight yarn makes a square about 7" depending on the amount of tension used.
