Elinor received her full certificate at St. Andrews in 1970 after completing her prelim in New York. Her superb teaching style got her appointed by the RSCDS as one of first U.S. examiners in 1995. She's traveled a great deal (including joining us from her home now in Seattle) by living in India and the U.K. Elinor is an Adapted Physical Education Specialist and trained in Bedford, England, the rival of Miss Milligan's college at Dartford!
