Okay...I met Damon and Betsy through Drama Club. We then went to St. Louis for FBLA together. We became really good friends soon after. We all joined 4n6. Damon was on my play acting team with Clint Breuer and Becky Carnes. We did a scene from the play "The Nerd." I, of course, was the nerd, Rick.
Jenny and Laura were friends of Betsy. I met Jenny when Betsy and I offered for her to sit at our E.H. (Eagle Honors study hall) table. We soon became great friends. At times I feel closer to Jenny than I do to anyone else. At other times, I feel that there's more distance between us than there is between me and any of my other friends...go figure. Laura I met in E.H. as well. She knew who I was, but I had no idea who she was. Anyway, we started talking...and would sit next to each other with greater frequency...before we knew it, we were friends as well. |

I took it upon myself to film my friends in a play. We chose the play "The Philadelphia." It is quite a neat play...very comtemporary. Anyway...I cast Betsy, Damon, Sara Janke, and Clint Breuer in it. We had a blast getting it all together and held a practice or so in Sara's dad's bar. We never ended up filming it...but it was a wonderful experience. |
