| DR. CLAY: Dr. Clay is an evil genius scientist like Washu. He used to be a proffesor at the Galactic Science Academy untill he was forced to retire. He & Washu taught together and were good friends. Dr. Clay would use his knowledge to invent distructive things. Dr. Clay works along side with Lady Tokimi. Tokimi gave him a misson to capture Washu, so he sent Zero to be a spy. The design on his hat is his "logo" which he puts on every item of his that's his favorite. |
