| -Personal items used by the offending person (hair or nail clippings work best) -Plastic bag -Paper with person's full name written on it |

| Gather items from the offending person, the more the better and put them in a plastic bag, place bag in your freezer. Leave in the freezer until the person is no longer a problem. Then bury, burn, or leave to the winds, but do not just throw it away. This spell can be done during any moon phase and has many applications. Remember...what goes around comes around. |
