Major NPC-
Father Gabriel Wolf...last name due to him being a were wolf, a catholic priest
at one point, still dresses like that but no longer is one. A secretary to
Valen Legion.
He is armed with a riffle and is a
lethal sniper. Darkish tan skin, long silver hair, tied at the back. Yellow
eyes.
Valen Legion: Or Valen the Vandal -since she tends to cause MAJOR gov't
property. The cream of the crops, leading hunter of the Disciples. Damphir.
She’s a rather “raw” personality, a heavy drinker. Cream tannish skin, bald and
strongly built. Armed with a couple of heavy pistols, silver bullets and a 2
handed sword for beheading undead vampires. One green eye, the other red.
Epitomi Solace: Vampire reporter -undead or not is not known -bitchy. Has
rather cruel views and has two guns at her side, usually titled “Anti-Christ”
or “No-messiah”. Might have been an assassin at some point. Thin, long black
hair, pallid skin and black eyes.
Daniel: just known as that, mild
mannered, polite, leader of d.i.e (Daniel institution of the extra sensory).
It’s only known that he loves to play the piano and might have some connection
to the Disciples of Lilith and to ms. Solace.
Eva: head of the Disciples, it’s actually a man, but that’ all
that’s known...and that’s even doubted!
Congress: The ruling body of
the nation ,elected every four years from different districts in the Island. A
total of twenty eight congressmen, including the president of congress, reside.
President Linda Melian: A woman of great value, it is suspected that she might not
be entirely human. Many suspect her of being a Dark Fae. Has a stunning
apperance for a woman of her apparent age of 54 and is currently on her 2nd
year of presidency and is planning an election for the third.
