He owns a large amount of realestate in New York City, as well as having more than one city official in his pocket. Still, Rusomov can not seem to gain the proper foot hold on the city that he desires. Vladmir is a man of little morals and will do anything to see his enemies tremble. He has many contacts in the underworld, from which he draws in numerous hitmen who are expendable. After all, to Rusomov, if you aren't Russian you're little more than semi-thinking meat. Vladmir never fights hand to hand, but he is astonishly durable, for a man his age. He is very quick with a knife and carries a stilleto switchblade on him at all times, in a spring loaded wrist sheath. His prefered method of fighting is guns. Vladmir is a crack shot with a pistol, but can wield a submachine gun or an assualt rifle with considerabe skill. |
