Lt. Scott Vance The son of a cop who was the son of a cop. He was the perfect cop, perfect scores all through the academy, quickly moving through the ranks. He is now running the OCTF after his commanding officer disappear. He is know to take the law into his own hands but his men turn a blind eye to this because they know with the corrupt police chief that a lot of the crooks get off with nothing more then a slap on the hand.
