Philip Choe Phillip Choe, born August 20th, 1980 in Harrisonburg, Virginia. Moved to Los Angeles in the year 1991 and even survived the great LA riot in 92 where his parents' shop was burned down by looters. Having been raised by strict korean traditional parents phil spent most of his spare time training in martial arts or studying for school. Upon graduation, he entered the police force for the LAPD and quickly became detective in the Homicide where he continues to work this day. Former best friends with harvey the serial killer he quickly finds himself in personal turmoil over doing his duty or sparing his old friend. Back
