Runners: Diamond Family (Kaly), Devereux Clan (Dave Sinn & Lunara, for now) One of the worlds hottest tourist attraction and hippest night spots is only a cover for what is really underneath. Sex, guns, drugs and dance clubs, but things just don't end there. Crime is rampant through the streets, hiding beneath the variations of what the city is during the day. Hookers patrol the corners, underage girls are being raped in the alleys, and the Diamonds are doing it all. Turning tricks with a tip of their hat, Miami is under their thumb. As everything is going array around them, only the Diamonds come out clean. Charles Diamond and his sister run the city as equals, both ruling with an iron fist. The Colombian Cartel that occupied Miami is now destroyed. Aboard Pablo Ochoa's yacht, the entire cartel was partying. The yacht was blown to tiny flaming splinters. The culprits, the Devereux clan, more specificly, the Suicide Kings. Now, the Devereux has staked a claim over the Cartel's former territory. |
